Women on Wednesday Here is a gift from KMUD - handed to me by Terri Klementson at the May 2010 Grassroots Radio conference. These 21 air checks of programs by the KMUD women's collective cover alternative building from cob, rammed earth, straw and papercrete. Hidden behind these URLs is specific advice on permaculture, composting toilets and rainwater catchment, recorded between 2003 and 2007. The women who produced the show were for the most part builders and designers. They include: BR Graham, executive producer of WOW; Beth Rogers, producer and contractor; Charmaine Taylor, host; Rachel Parti, building designer; Peggy Frith, former contractor; Dulce Doane, taught permaculture in Nicaragua; Sue Moon, built her own straw bale house; Terri Klementson, permaculture - now new reporter for KMUD. KMUD Radio is located in Souther Humboldt County, CA. <http://www.kmud.org/> Many of the women can still be contacted via KMUD or Terri Klementson. _Terri, Dulce, Rachel (compliance report).mp3 01 041807,WOWpart2.m4a Beth, Terri, Charmaine, Peggy,.mp3 Beth, Peggy, Charmaine.mp3 Beth, Rachel.mp3 Charmaine interviews Rachel.mp3 Charmaine, Beth, Solar Kelly, Peggy.mp3 Charmaine, Anna Bannana, Beth, Rachel,.mp3 Charmaine, Peggy.mp3 Peggy, Beth, BR, Sue Moon,.mp3 Peggy, Charmaine, Rachel.mp3 Rachel, Beth, Charmaine, Peggy, Shantal, slipforming.mp3 Rachel, Beth, Charmaine, Peggy.mp3 Rachel, Charmaine, Terri.mp3 Rachel, Terri, Charmaine, Peggy.mp3 Rachel, Terri.mp3 Terri Solfest.mp3 WOW_20070221 (1).mp3 WOW_20070221.mp3 WOW_20070221.mp3 WOW_20070321.mp3 |
